Require two-step verification, sign out idle teammates, choose which files can be sent, and more.
These settings apply to everyone in your workspace. Your own sign-in and two-step verification are under your account instead. See Turn on two-step verification.
Before you start
Go to Settings›Workspace›Security. Change what you need, then click Save changes.
Security contact
Section titled “Security contact”A Security contact email Prativani can reach if there’s a security problem with your workspace. Use a shared address several people can read.
Require two-step verification
Section titled “Require two-step verification”Turn on Require 2FA for all teammates. Teammates without it are taken to set it up the next time they sign in, and can’t use Prativani until they finish. People already signed in aren’t interrupted. You need two-step verification on your own account first.
Notification emails
Section titled “Notification emails”Turn off Include conversation content in notification emails to send only a “you have a new message” email, without the message itself.
Receiving attachments
Section titled “Receiving attachments”Tick the kinds of files visitors and your team can send in conversations, such as images or documents. Click Reset to recommended to go back to Prativani’s list. This doesn’t affect files that arrive by email, WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram.
Session timeout
Section titled “Session timeout”Choose how long a teammate can be inactive before they’re signed out: from 15 minutes to 4 hours, or Never.
