The warnings Prativani shows as your wallet runs low, and who sees them.
Prativani warns you before your wallet runs out, so your AI agents and calls don’t stop by surprise.

A banner appears at the top of every page, and on the Wallet & Credits tab:
| Warning | When |
|---|---|
| Running low | Your balance is getting low. |
| Critically low | Your balance is very low. AI features stop when it runs out. |
| Depleted | Your balance is empty. AI features are paused. |
Click Add Funds in the banner to top up. You can close the banner until you next sign in.
Only people who can see billing get these warnings. That’s the workspace owner, and anyone they’ve given billing permission.
If you have phone numbers, the owner also gets an email when the balance is too low to answer calls, and when a number’s rent couldn’t be paid.
