The menu, the top bar, search, your status and the light or dark theme.
The menu on the left
Section titled “The menu on the left”The icons on the left open each part of Prativani:

Sections with more than one page open a second menu next to the icons. You only see the pages your role lets you open. A lock means the page needs a higher plan.
The top bar
Section titled “The top bar”- Search or jump to… opens search for conversations, pages and quick actions. The shortcut is Ctrl + K, or ⌘ + K on a Mac.
- Your status: click it to set Online, Away or Offline.
- Notifications: the bell shows what’s new.
- Theme: switch between light and dark.
- Your name: opens Profile, Security & 2FA and Sign out.
- Workspace name: opens Workspace settings and Invite teammates.
On a phone
Section titled “On a phone”Inbox, Dashboard, AI Agents and Workflows sit at the bottom of the screen. Everything else is under Menu.
Install Prativani as an app
Section titled “Install Prativani as an app”In Chrome or Edge, open the browser menu and choose to install the app. Prativani then opens in its own window, straight to the inbox.
