PrativaniConnect Facebook Messenger
Bring the messages sent to your Facebook Pages into Prativani.
Connect your Facebook Pages and the Messenger messages sent to them arrive in your inbox. Your replies go back out from the same Page.
Before you start
- You manage the Facebook Page on Facebook.
- Your browser allows pop-ups from Prativani.
Connect your Pages
Section titled “Connect your Pages”-
Go to Settings›Channels›Facebook.

Click Connect Facebook. A Facebook window opens.

Sign in, then tick the Pages customers message you on, and allow the access Facebook asks for.
You should see“Facebook page connected successfully.” and your Pages in the list. The first one is the Default sender.
To add a Page later, click Connect Facebook again and tick it.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”- Choose which AI agent answers Messenger conversations.
- You can reply to Messenger messages with text. Customers can send you photos, videos and files.
- You can reply within 24 hours of the customer’s last message. After that, the customer must write first.
Common problems
Section titled “Common problems””Meta didn’t share a Facebook page with us”
No Page was ticked in the Facebook window. Click Connect Facebook again and tick at least one Page you manage.
The Page shows Reconnect needed
Facebook stopped accepting Prativani’s access, usually after a password change or a removed permission. Click Connect Facebook and tick the same Page. Its conversations stay as they were.
”That number, page or account is already connected to another workspace”
A Page can belong to one workspace at a time. Disconnect it in the other workspace first.
