Add funds to your wallet

Buy credits for AI replies, calls, campaigns and other things you use.

Your wallet holds credits. Features such as AI replies, calls and campaigns use them as you go. See What uses credits.

Before you start

Every planNeeds: Billing: Write

  1. Go to SettingsAccountBilling and open the Wallet & Credits tab.

  2. Click Add Funds.

  3. Choose an amount, or type one. The dialog shows how many credits you’ll get.

  4. Click Continue and pay in the Razorpay window.

    You should see ”Payment received — your credits will appear shortly.”

Your Wallet Balance updates once the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute.

Credits you buy never expire. Credits included with your plan are used first.

See what you spent

Section titled “See what you spent”

Transaction History on the same tab lists every top-up and charge, with your balance after each one.
