Channels at a glance
See every place customers can reach you, which ones are connected, and which need attention.
A channel is a place your customers talk to you: your website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, email or phone. Every message from every channel arrives in the same inbox.
Before you start
See your channels
Section titled “See your channels”Go to Settings›Channels›Overview. Each channel has a card that shows how many of its connections you have, such as numbers, Pages or addresses, and one state:
| State | What it means |
|---|---|
| Connected | At least one connection is working. |
| Needs attention | A connection stopped working and must be reconnected. |
| Paused | Your connections are paused, so no new messages come in. |
| Setting up | You started connecting but haven’t finished. |
| Not connected | Nothing is set up yet. |
If any connection needs attention, the card says so, even when others work.
Connect or manage a channel
Section titled “Connect or manage a channel”Click Connect on a channel that isn’t connected yet, or Manage on one that is. Both open that channel’s own page, where you set it up.
You only see the channels you have permission to open. Phone appears only to the workspace owner, and only if your plan includes it.
