What the labels mean
Section titled “What the labels mean”- Receives calls only: this number can’t place calls. Most toll-free numbers outside the US and Canada work this way.
- Calling paused: the carrier didn’t accept your paperwork for this country. The number still receives calls, but can’t place them until you renew your approval. See Verify your business for a country.
- Transferring: the number is being moved to Prativani from another carrier. See Bring a number you already own.
- A star marks your default number.

Section titled “Rename a number”Click Rename, type a Label, such as “Sales line”, and click Save. The label shows in the list instead of the number.

- Choose a Call flow. Only call flows that are turned on are listed.
- Click Save.
To build your own, see Build a phone menu.

Release a number
Section titled “Release a number”Click Release number and confirm. The number goes back to the carrier straight away and can’t be recovered. Its rent stops. Its call history and recordings are kept.
