Set how many chats a teammate takes

Limit how many live chats and open emails each teammate is given at once.

Prativani gives new conversations only to teammates who are online and below their limit. Live chats and emails are counted separately.

Before you start

Every planNeeds: Members: Write

  1. Go to SettingsTeammatesMembers and click View details on the teammate.

  2. On the Profile tab, under Workload, set:

    • Max concurrent chats: live conversations at once, on web chat, WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram. From 1 to 20; 5 to start with.
    • Max open emails: open email conversations at once. 0 means no limit, which is where it starts.

  3. Click Save changes.

When a teammate reaches their limit, new conversations go to someone else, or wait in the queue.
