See the topics your AI agent resolves least often, and add the answers it's missing.
Knowledge Gaps groups conversations by topic and shows how often your AI agent resolved each one on its own. The topics at the top are where it struggles most, and where new knowledge helps most.
Before you start
Find the gaps
Section titled “Find the gaps”Go to AI Agents›Knowledge Gaps. Each topic shows how many conversations it had and the share resolved. Topics resolved less than half the time are marked KB gap.
Click a topic to read its conversations.
Topics are found automatically every night, from the last 30 days. They appear once you have at least 50 resolved conversations.
Add the missing answer
Section titled “Add the missing answer”-
Click Add to FAQ on the topic.

Check the Question, and write the Answer your AI agent should give.

Click Create.
You should see ”Knowledge source created successfully!”
Your AI agent can use the new answer straight away. To check, ask it on the Test tab. See Test your AI agent.
