Add a note and mention a teammate

A note is visible only to your team. The customer never sees it.

Before you start

Every planNeeds: Conversations: Write

1. Open the conversation.

2. Click Note above the text box.

3. Type your note. To bring someone in, type @ and pick a teammate or a team.

4. Click Add note, or press Enter.

   You should see your note in the conversation, labelled “Internal note” with your name.

What happens next

Everyone you mention sees the note in their Mentions view, marked as unread.

To delete a note you wrote, click Delete note on it.
