Download a report as a spreadsheet or a PDF.

You can download Chat Analytics, Agent Performance, AI Effectiveness and Call Analytics.

Before you start

Every planNeeds: Analytics: Export
  1. Open the report and pick the Date range.
  2. Click the download button at the top and choose Export as CSV for a spreadsheet, or Export as PDF for a summary to share.

The file downloads straight away. It has one row per day, or per teammate or AI agent, plus a total.

Overview, CSAT and Conversation Topics can’t be exported.
