Keep your website in sync

Re-read your website on a schedule or on demand, see what each sync changed, and keep pages out of answers.

Prativani re-reads your website on its schedule, so new and changed pages reach your AI agents and removed pages leave.

Before you start

Every planNeeds: Sources: Write

Go to Knowledge, open the Websites tab and click View content on the website. Its page has three tabs.

Every page that was found, and whether it was read. Search or filter by status.

  • Exclude from AI keeps one page out of your AI agents’ answers. Include puts it back.
  • Re-fetch reads one page again straight away.

Every sync: when it ran, and how many pages were found, added, changed, unchanged and removed. Click Re-fetch now to sync the whole website straight away, without waiting for the schedule.

If no AI agent’s answer has used a website for months, it stops syncing by itself. It starts again the next time an answer uses it, and the sync history says so.

Change the Address, Name, Labels, Sync schedule and which pages are read. Click Save settings: the website is read again straight away.

The Sync schedule choices are Daily, Weekly, Every 2 weeks and Manual (only when you click Re-fetch now).

A page that’s gone from your website leaves your AI agents’ answers at the next sync. If a lot of pages disappear at once, Prativani holds them instead, in case your site was only down for a moment. They keep answering, and the Pages tab offers Keep or Retire for them. If you do nothing, the next syncs decide.

On the Knowledge page, turn Active off to pause the website: it’s left out of answers and isn’t synced. To remove it, click Delete on its row and confirm. Your website itself isn’t touched.
