Choose your notifications

The bell

The bell at the top shows notifications meant for you, with a count of unread ones. Click it to read them. Click Mark all as read to clear the count.

Choose what notifies you

1. Go to Settings›Communication›Notifications.
2. In the in-app column, turn on the events you want to hear about, and turn off the rest.

The page saves each change as you make it.

Alerts when Prativani is in another tab

When Prativani first opens, your browser asks whether it may show notifications. Click Allow. Then, while Prativani is in a background tab, you get a pop-up for new messages and for chats waiting to be picked up. Click it to jump to the conversation.

A sound also plays for new chats waiting in the queue and for incoming calls.

Common problems

I don’t get pop-ups

You may have blocked notifications for Prativani. Open your browser’s site settings for Prativani, allow notifications, and reload the page.
