Restore an earlier version
See every earlier wording of an FAQ or article, and put one back.
Every time you edit an FAQ or an article, the version it replaced is saved. You can put any of them back.
Before you start

-
Go to Knowledge and click Version history on the FAQ or article.
-
Click a version to read it. The newest is at the top, marked Current.
-
Click Restore on the version you want, and confirm Restore.
You should see ”Restored version …” Your AI agents answer from it straight away.
Nothing is lost: the wording you replaced is saved as a new version, so you can restore it the same way.
Documents and websites have no version history. To change them, replace the file or re-read the website.
Deleting an FAQ or article also deletes its version history.
