Delete your organization

Close your workspace for good, and how to cancel during the 7 days before it's deleted.

Deleting your organization removes every conversation, contact, call recording, AI agent, knowledge source and setting. Your teammates keep their own Prativani accounts.

Before you start

Every plan
  • You’re the workspace owner.

  1. Go to SettingsWorkspaceGeneral and scroll to Danger zone.

  2. Click Delete organization.

  3. Type your company name exactly as shown, and click Schedule deletion.

  4. Enter the verification code Prativani sends you.

    You should see everyone signed out, and an email confirming the deletion date.

What happens next

  • Your subscription is cancelled straight away.
  • Your web messenger tells visitors the service isn’t available.
  • After 7 days, everything is deleted for good.

Cancel the deletion

Section titled “Cancel the deletion”

Sign in before the deletion date and click Cancel deletion. Your data and wallet balance come back, but your subscription doesn’t: choose a plan again to restore paid features.

Only the owner can cancel. Other teammates who sign in are asked to contact the owner.
