Choose or change your plan

Subscribe to a plan, move up or down, and what you pay for.

Every workspace starts on the Free plan. Paid plans add features and include credits for every seat, every month. For prices, see prativani.com/pricing.

You pay for each teammate with a Full seat. Lite seats are free. See Full and Lite seats.

Before you start

Every planNeeds: Billing: Write
  • Only the workspace owner can manage billing, unless they give someone else permission.

Subscribe

Section titled “Subscribe”

  1. Go to SettingsAccountBilling and open the Plans tab.

  2. Choose Monthly or Annual.

  3. The first time you pay, choose your billing currency: Indian Rupee (₹) or US Dollar ($). You can’t change it after your first payment.

  4. Click Subscribe on the plan you want.

  5. On Razorpay’s page, approve the payment.

    You should see

    your plan marked Current Plan once the payment is confirmed. It can take a moment.

Change your plan

Click Upgrade or Downgrade on another plan, check the cost, and click Confirm Change.

  • A downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • An upgrade paid in US dollars takes effect straight away, and you pay the difference for the rest of the period.
  • An upgrade paid in rupees, or any switch between monthly and annual, takes effect at the end of your current period. You approve the new payment on Razorpay’s page.

Before moving to a plan with fewer seats, remove teammates so you fit.

What’s included

Each paid plan includes credits for every seat, every month, for features such as AI replies and calls. Included credits that aren’t used by the end of the month expire. See What uses credits.
