Set up your workspace

Your workspace is where your team, channels and conversations live. Prativani sets it up the first time you sign in.

1. Under Tell us about your organization, fill in:

   • Organization name: the name your team and customers see.
   • Timezone: used for office hours, reports and schedules.
   • Billing currency: Indian Rupee or US Dollar. You can’t change this after your first payment.

2. Click Continue.

3. Under Where will your widget run?, type your website’s domain, such as example.com, and click Add. Add each domain where the chat will appear. For testing on your own computer, add localhost. See Install the web messenger on your website for the domain rules.

4. Click Finish setup.

   You should see your Dashboard, with the Get started list.

You can change the organization name, timezone and website domains later in Settings›Workspace.

Common problems

My domain isn’t accepted

Type only the domain: example.com or *.example.com. Leave out https://, any page path, and port numbers.

I didn’t mean to create a workspace

Click Delete my account at the bottom of the setup page, type DELETE to confirm, and click Delete my account. This removes your account for good.
