Keyboard shortcuts

These keys work in the inbox. They are also listed in the empty space on the right when no conversation is open.

R	Reply
N	Add a note
E	Resolve
Z	Snooze
/	Search
[	Show or hide the views column
]	Show or hide the details panel
Enter	Open the first conversation

In the reply box:

Shift + Enter	New line
Ctrl + Shift + Enter	Send and resolve (⌘ on a Mac)

Anywhere in Prativani, Ctrl + K (⌘ + K on a Mac) opens search for conversations, screens and actions.

Shortcuts don’t fire while you are typing or while a menu or dialog is open. E works only on conversations you can reply to.
