Export contacts

Download your contacts or visitors as a spreadsheet.

Before you start

Every planNeeds: Contacts: Export

Go to Contacts, choose the Contacts or Visitors tab, and search if you want only some people. Then click Export and choose:

  • Download CSV: downloads straight away, up to 10,000 rows.
  • Email full export: no row limit. Prativani emails you a download link when it’s ready.

The file has each person’s name, email, phone, other addresses, when they were first and last seen in your workspace’s timezone, and how many conversations they had.

Email exports are also listed on the Exports page, where you can download them again for 7 days. See Your exports.
