Branding

Add your logo, accent colour and footer to the emails your customers receive.

Your branding appears in the emails your customers get from Prativani, such as replies, automated emails and campaigns. The Prativani dashboard itself doesn’t change.

Before you start

Every planNeeds: Branding: Write

Go to SettingsWorkspaceBranding.

  • Logo: click Upload and choose a PNG, JPG, GIF or WebP file of up to 2 MB. It saves straight away.
  • Accent color: pick a colour, or type its code such as #7C3AED. It’s used for accents in customer emails.
  • Email footer: your company name and postal address. Email campaigns can’t be sent without it.

Click Save changes.
