Automated emails
Change the wording of the emails Prativani sends customers on its own.
Prativani sends two emails to customers by itself. You can change what they say.
| When it’s sent | |
|---|---|
| Offline reply | A teammate replies in a chat or call conversation after the customer has left, and Prativani knows the customer’s email address. It’s always on. |
| Email acknowledgement | Someone emails you, starting a new conversation, and no AI agent is answering. See Set your email signature and auto-reply to turn it on or off. |
