The Dashboard is the first page you see. It shows today’s activity in your workspace’s timezone, and is the same for everyone in the workspace.

AI agent: the share of conversations your AI agent resolved on its own in the last 30 days, without a teammate.
First response time: how long customers waited, on average, for a first reply today, from a teammate or your AI agent.
Conversations today: new conversations hour by hour.
Open conversations, Awaiting a reply and Resolved today: click the first two to go to the inbox.
Team status: who is Online, Away, Idle or Offline, and how many chats each online teammate has.
Needs your attention: up to six conversations no one has taken yet. Click one to open it, or Open inbox to see them all.
