Connect Zapier

Link Prativani to thousands of other apps, such as Slack, Gmail or your CRM, through Zapier.

With Zapier, events in Prativani, such as a new conversation or a new contact, can start actions in your other apps. Your other apps can also send messages, create contacts or add tags in Prativani.

Before you start

Pro and Business plansNeeds: Integrations: Write
  • A Zapier account.

  1. Go to SettingsData & PrivacyIntegrations.

  2. Under Zapier, pick a ready-made Zap or build your own.

  3. When Zapier asks you to sign in to Prativani, check the access it asks for and click Allow.

Prativani can start a Zap when there’s a new conversation, a new message, a conversation is closed or assigned, a contact is created, a tag is added, or a customer leaves a rating.

Stop a connection

Section titled “Stop a connection”

Under Connected apps, click Revoke on the connection. Every Zap that person set up stops receiving events. To stop just one event, click Revoke under Webhook subscriptions.
