Reset your password

Get a reset link by email and choose a new password, or change it while signed in.

If you can’t sign in

Section titled “If you can’t sign in”

  1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?

  2. Enter your User ID or email and click Send reset link.

  3. Open the email from Prativani and click Reset Your Password. The link works for one hour.

  4. Enter your New password, type it again in Confirm password, and click Save new password.

    You should see the sign-in page, ready for your new password.

If no email arrives, check your spam folder. For your security, Prativani shows the same message whether or not an account exists for what you typed.

If you’re signed in

Section titled “If you’re signed in”
  1. Open your name at the top right and choose Security & 2FA.
  2. Under Change Password, fill in Current Password, New Password and Confirm New Password.
  3. Click Change Password.

If you signed up with Google, Microsoft or GitHub, the form says Set Password instead, and doesn’t ask for a current password. Setting one lets you also sign in with your email.
