Your exports

Find the large exports Prativani emailed you, and download them again.

When you choose Email full export on a list, such as contacts, conversation history or a campaign’s recipients, Prativani prepares the file and emails you a link when it’s ready.

Every one of those exports is also on the Exports page, under SettingsData & PrivacyExports. Each shows when you asked for it, its Type, Status, how many Rows it has, and when it Expires.

  • Queued and Processing: still being prepared.
  • Ready: click the download button.
  • Failed: hover over it to see why, then try again.
  • Expired: files are kept for 7 days. Run the export again to get the latest data.

You see only your own exports.

You can have one export being prepared at a time, and your workspace can run up to 20 a day.
